After reading the manifesto for the first time today, I can tell you that it wasn't written by a 21 year old. This thing took time and was constructed by people much older.

I have very little doubt it is a set up. The depth of the set up I don't know. It could have just been a nut and the bad guy at our CIA on team dem and the media; slipped the fake manifesto in, and blame the Chans messages with ease because it is a versatile cess pool. where they hang out.
If no one believes it could be this bad. Ask yourself if you trust our DOJ/FBI? (especially with Comey and Clapper and other placed politicos out there with security clearances) If the DOJ/FBI can't be trusted why should anyone trust the CIA/NSA?

The shooter is still alive, so I guess we may get some additional information on this issue in due time.

I was on 8chan during the shooting. The manifesto was being posted in the form of a picture, which is what you would expect if it was posted on Instagram originally. If it was posted on 8chan originally it would probably have been posted as either a screenshot or as a link to download in document form. I'm positive the manifesto didn't exist in document form.
