I’d be cool with keeping the top 7 in for a bit but come 4Q 2023, quite a few will run out of money so via attrition, the group will shrink significantly.

I believe the debate will be Trump focused so why show up? That’s not a debate, that’s a direct attack.

Trump has to go to the debate. I know he thinks he has a right to the nomination and doesn’t need to work for it but it will be a major mistake not to go.

I don't think Trump wants to be a part of a 2016 style debate with 8 people on stage together. Trump probably wants the field down to 3-4 candidates before he takes the stage.
