I believe 0 polls with numbers regarding Trump.

I'll vote for him 1000%

We've never seen anything like it and may never get another outsider like that again. We need to let him get in there and kick some major arse. I can't imagine how much more winning would happen if he was unrestrained by keeping it close to the vest for another term.

Based on that I guess it doesn't matter who runs then?

I suppose the cabal will "allow" someone who isn't named Trump to win then?

There were a number of rednecks in my area flying Trump flags from their beat up 90's trucks.

I've often wondered just how many of them went and voted as I doubt they did before. And I doubt they would for someone else.

Turnout in my county was a fair bit higher in 2020.

On the R side, you are correct.

Trump can ride 35% support to the nomination if he needs to.

No credible candidate will run if he runs. Some insignificant RINO might.

The only way to stop Trump if he runs is to have a single alternative like Desantis and make it a head to head but Desantis isn't dumb enough to do it. He will not run against Trump.

Otherwise, you get Trump with his 35-40% and a bunch of dummies getting 8% each.

If Trump decides to run, he is a shoo in.

The Republican plan is to somehow get him to not run or cook up some back room scheme to make him ineligible. Like say Democrats indict him for some bullshite and Republicans make a rule, no one under indictment can seek nomination.

Ron DeSantis would have no trouble getting voters out. If someone else is stronger than DeSantis in the Primary, the same for them.

56% of Republicans DON'T want trump to run in 2024...

Former President Trump is the clear favorite to win the GOP’s 2024 presidential nomination if he decides to mount another bid for the White House, according to a Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll survey released exclusively to The Hill on Monday.

Nearly 6 in 10 Republican voters surveyed — 58 percent — say they would vote to put the former president back on the ballot in 2024, suggesting the party is ready and willing to give Trump another chance after his 2020 loss to President Biden.

No other potential 2024 Republican candidate comes close to matching Trump. Former Vice President Mike Pence notches a distant second place with 13 percent support among GOP voters, while Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a rising star in the Republican Party, scored only 9 percent support in a primary field that includes Trump.

Meanwhile, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) are tied for fourth place, garnering 3 percent support each.

“While defeated candidates rarely come back, Trump has a strong lead in the Republican primary especially among the most dedicated Republicans,” Mark Penn, the co-director of the Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll survey, said.

All POLLS have beclowned themselves over the last few years and "IF" anyone were to ever see the questions asked in them, they could figure out the slanted goals of the pollsters that use them to produce nuggets, like this;

quote:

Nearly two thirds of Republicans believe that “their party should not be accepting of elected officials who opposed Trump,”

I can decipher what it says but WTH does it even mean?

AND Who TF CARES?

What people forget is winning a primary isn't winning a general.

See; Roy Moore.

Trump

DeSantis

Pompeo

Rand

Any of these get the nomination I'm in.

Otherwise I'm likely to go fishing.

The second after DeSantis becomes the defacto candidate the media will run DeSantis man bad propaganda and he will come off as evil as Trump. You are retarded if you think he has more pull than Trump.

I agree with what is said in the OP and OP part 2... I hope Trump sticks around and gets the gullible folks out to vote while someone who can actually win runs. It would be the best thing for our country.

I'm sincerely curious why republicans don't want Trump to run in 2024. Trump is a blessing to the republican party.

I don't think republicans really grasp what the party looks like from the other side. Democrats see the republicans is a party of grifter politicians and a constituency of chumps. It's a very ugly sight from the other side.

If you doubt what I'm saying, think about this. Trump got 80 million legitimate votes; the most votes of any candidate in history other that Brandon. Trump likely lost the election due to organized democrats stuffing ballot boxes.

Who's fighting for federal election reform right now in congress? The republicans lost a "less than legitimate election" and DEMOCRATS are pushing for election legislation.

Really, think about this. No Trump; no respect for the republican party.

That later part is nonsense. He would not come off "as evil as Trump" ... they would go after him ... but you are the retarded one if you think DeSantis can;t handle himself and the media.
