probably not. In all seriousness, of course it does regarding other issues. 1/3 of a specific subset of the population just isn't going to be enough to win him the election. That 1/3 includes all residents in public housing, which means children that cannot vote. Whatever remains after the kids are subtracted out there will be nonvoters, right leaning voters, various 3rd party voters and Cuomo voters which continue to lower the commie's vote count. The far bigger problem is with the majority of his supporters that are going to be in much larger numbers and are native.

Stout, you put the qualifier on it with the foreign born public housing residents. I'm downplaying that in particular. The numbers just won't be significant enough to make him the winner. They're a slice of the pie for sure but not the majority of his support.
Regarding the link you provided: How large of a % of the voters are the foreign born? My point is that if they represent 10% of the overall voters and he's getting 62% as that poll cites it's a big whoop overall. If they represent 80% of the voters and he's getting 62% that's a big deal. Details matter and they're missing so far. If you have those numbers I'd be interested in seeing them.
