Won’t even be mentioned unless by Trump. When Trump brings it up, the moderator will refocus on the topic.

the argument has been put forth that Biden had been warned about his planned actions to run opposition to Trump possibly afoul of the Logan Act.

This seems plausible except that the Barnett 302 makes it seem like there was little to no activity in Razor from election day to late December when Strzok was ordering the investigation to be closed. Then, on 1/4/17, Strzok brings up the Logan Act which was the first time Barnett had ever heard of it.

Perhaps more huddling going on at WH from 11/8 to 1/4 and someone at WH brought Petey into the fold?

How can he possibly show up unless he is going to plead the 5th. Simply lying about this will not cut it with those who are informed. Of course that leaves out those who listen to the leftist media.
Will he simply get a pass on this? If so the media is guilty too.

To them it was a game and entertainment...on the other side a noble citizen was broken financially and his long honorable military career was discredited, not to mention the physical and emotional toll it took on him while being prosecuted. I hope they destroy these assholes.

It's coming soon

This is fricking embarrassing for our FBI. These were supposed to be the best and brightest.

Embarrassing for our Country

it's literally the same thing

the FBI is LEO

LEO does shady, potentially illegal shite all the time

the systems surrounding those LEOs protect them and their shady behavior, especially in terms of the information getting to the public and prosecutions. what the FBI/USA/etc did against Trump, along with the corresponding coverup, is SOP across the country and all prosecutorial/LEO systems.

if you think the FBI coordinated a campaign against Trump (which I do, mind you), then logical consistency would require that you make the same conclusions about all LEO across all levels, b/c the same thing happens all the time across this country.

I think the thing that really makes you want to here is this came from the top.

I don't do criminal stuff, but it's funny the difference in how I perceive law enforcement versus before I got into law. I used to think prosecutors only brought cases after a fair weighing of the evidence. It never really occurred to me how they want pelts on the wall once a case comes through the door for political reasons. And some of the shakedowns I have seen from the bureau are downright scary. If it weren't for the fact that they are the only real check on corrupt municipal/state government, I would say the bureau should be scrapped.

Just because it was the last interview, doesn’t mean it was the only interview.... And this is a 302 from an interview conducted by Jensen, not Durham.

My guess is that he was interviewed by Durham after it was let known he has serious reservations about the case. The 302s from Jensen is purely for Flynn’s benefit

it's not just that

often the person initially reviewing the file isn't the person who ends up having to litigate the case. you can have DRASTICALLY different opinions from prosecutor to prosecutor, and the one who has to get up there and eventually try the case will scrutinize the case MUCH more heavily

it's why i tell my clients they're not just paying me for my time (as in hours worked). they're paying for the inroads i've made with prosecutors over the last 10 years. one part of that is my reputation and the other is just knowing how to assess prosecutors. it's not like a "who you know" situation as in i'm connected and get unfair treatment, more of a "how to deal with the particular person prosecuting your case", because it varies greatly from prosecutor to prosecutor

not at all

i'll put it another way (since i already described the situation earlier)

if the institutions of our LEO/prosecutorial systems are so ballsy to set up the President, imagine how terrible they are to normal people. then imagine how terrible they are to people they consider target demographics
