I'd wager a big percentage of it winds up in India. Who hasn't gotten a call from Sandeep or Dipan posing as Steve or Jared, wanting to talk about the open enrollment period for Medicaid? I always figured no one was stupid enough to fall for those scams. Guess I was wrong.

But yes will be very disappointing if this is either found to be legal somehow and nothing happens/laws are not changed or illegal and no one is at the very least charged.
Is it criminal to be bad at your job to not catch fraud from overseas sources? That is what is so absurd about all of this is we don't know who is actually responsible for stopping this

I'm to the point where I think they should just say "frick it" and cut off all federal funding, wipe it to zero, and then start adding things back that are necessary. There is way too much waste going on.
