This is a great plan if we are to raise our TFR. Let's hope it works. It is utterly imperative that the US figures out a way of raising the TFR of its native born population across ethnic groups. Since 2012, all ethnic groups in the US are below replacement. The numbers are utterly stark. From some of my own calculations, something like 950 women per 1000 of fertility age are not pregnant. Those are utterly dire numbers, if my napkin math is correct.
