Like the Dems did when they allowed millions of illegals in without enforcing standing immigration or asylum law?
Like that?
This isnt a valid reply though....Just because someone else broke the law doesnt mean you get to as well. The better question is why republicans didn't push back harder on those illegal actions.
That doesnt give Trump the freedom to just skirt the constitution with every decision.

They don't get their way so they turn to the only thing left, try to tie Trump (and every thing he does) up in court for four years.
You didnt think they would just roll over and go quietly did you?

What is the cutoff then? Clarence Thomas is 76
The difference is that the judge in question is on senior status and the Dems basically go judge-shopping with that in mind.

The biggest issue is the R's have done absolutely zero (legally) to punish the crooked people in DC that create the mess we are in now. All it takes is 1 to be perp walked and watch the rats start to hide.

Don’t lecture me about the constitution you gun grabbing, censoring twat. How “valid” is it to only care about certain unsavory government actions when a republican is in office? Because that’s what all of you godless, slimy motherfrickers do.
And what law did Trump break?
Cite the law- not some left wing judges legal opinion.
Thanks

But don't act all surprised when folks file lawsuits when the Administration doesn't follow the law or the Constitution.
They can file lawsuits all they want.

This is what you made excuses for and still do without regard for existing laws

This is also what you have made excuses for without regard for the law.
When DJT pulls out a dem trick play EO (bending asylum laws as opposed to bending AEA), now you want to question the constitutional authority of the duly elected predident with a democratically mandated objective?
Good luck in court

Democrats, who couldn’t find the constitution if it were duct taped to their asses, are lecturing Americans that deporting illegal aliens is “unconstitutional”

The better question is why republicans didn't push back harder on those illegal actions.

They apparently and inexplicably want the lawsuits. The administration goes out of its way to facilitate them.
