To boil it all down, it is about Control.. They want to have the ability to control our lives and force us to do what "they" think is best and for the common good. Individual Freedoms will no longer exist. They will do this by all of those "monitoring" and "leasing" of items where you own nothing.

Again. The year 2030 was a target date they pulled out of their asses. Why not 2031? Why not 2029? Its just a date that was an even number and sounded good. They had no idea how they would implement all the bullshite they wanted or the consequences of trying.
Europe is entirely fricked up because they are trying.
We have 8 billion people on the planet and by 2100 they predict we will have maybe 9 billion. Out of the 8 billion, 1.5 billion have no access to energy for basic things like lights. Another 1.5 billion have inconsistent energy for lights (think rolling black outs). So we have 3 billion current people and another billion future people that need energy access.
How the frick did these idiots think that by 2030 we would have eliminated all carbon energy and have it provided by green energy enough to overcome the 3-4 billion people in need AND take care of the current 5 billion that have it consistantly.
2030 was stupid and IT WAS AND IS NEVER GOING TO BE achieved!
