And yet you still provide no evidence.

I added a link to the OP for convenience

It's tough to find things that aren't behind a paywall

It’s a lazy assed little shot he’s taking.

A liberal who never gave a shite about the trade deficit, talks shite about Trump not shrinking (barely) the trade deficit in year one, even though he knows full well that trade negotiations are still in the works, and new trade deals struck are literally weeks old.

He doesn’t care about trade and American workers. He wants to nut drag on Trump. That’s all any of them care about.

I was asking a legitimate question

How many people knew this or how many people thought the opposite was happening. This is more about where people get their information and what sort of bubble they live in.

Not surprised you already have an excuse that you made up out of thin air

To be fair, it's almost a certainty that he did NOT make that up himself out of thin air. As that is the standard response when any populist is confronted with facts they do not like. "The facts are wrong."

If he's been on this board more than 10 minutes, he's seen that here.

So it is VERY unlikely he made that up.

We must be careful to only give credit to those who deserve it.

Is it?

If the numbers showed otherwise, you do doubt for one hot little second that someone would have posted something along the lines of, "TELL ME AGAIN HOW TARIFFS DON'T WORK?"

I haven't seen you criticize those types of posts. Maybe I've just missed them in the crowd of the thread.

Correct

That's why I initially didn't even bother linking anything

You could have an infinite amount of links and then the response would just be that the dems cooked the books

Shouldn’t trade deficits be looked at through the prism of profitability vs. actual quantity? These are gross amounts, yes?

What happens after the sale of the products imported? Not all trades are equal.

I've seen it happen already for monthly data

But posting the full year is heresy!

Well.

Them and the"Globalists" and the "Deep State." Which includes Joos and "neocons" as well as Democrats.

Again, credit must be assigned properly in these discussions.

Sure as long as you're consistently doing that no matter which why they're moving

Did the growth slow?

Should we have expected reversal in only 9 months following “The Great Recession of March 2025”
