Or Rispone is a bad candidate
Decent candidate, mediocre campaign verses a relatively strong incumbent.
The fact that the economy can he this bad yet JBE is still a relatively strong and popular incumbent is an indictment of Louisiana voters’ priorities.

I’m a GOP voter and I’ve actually forgotten what losing feels like.

Orleans is ~50% in, EBR is ~33% in.

Oh you know it keeps 7 people employed and pays their salaries. It’s kind of ridiculous and a case study for this this state and it’s people think.
I sat with a bunch of buddies there at lunch and go...you know this is absolutely progressivism and socialism at work? They got all upset. I said it absolutely is. You’re paying the state money to give you food. It’s a closed economy (in regards to food vendors). And I’m like...nobody sees anything wrong with this here? Just like....over their heads.

Neither. He had no platform and relied on the Trump brand to carry him, and was so bad Trump couldn't even push him across the line.

Has Central, St George, Zachary reported? Lol
Posted on 11/16/19 at 9:21 pm to indianswim
Between EBR and Orleans parish, there are 450 precincts yet to report. Honor code with four more years of taxes and pink slips for workers.
Posted on 11/16/19 at 9:21 pm to NikolaiJakov
Can someone tell me why PredictIt is so confident in JBE when 80% of precincts are in and Rispone is winning?
Posted on 11/16/19 at 9:22 pm to Fun Bunch
Same way Nate Silver and MSM thought Hillary would be POTUS and the election was just a formality. Delusional.
Posted on 11/16/19 at 9:22 pm to TheHumanTornado
there's been ~28,000 more votes cast in the governor's race than the SoS race
Posted on 11/16/19 at 9:22 pm to NikolaiJakov
Looks like it will end up JBE 52% ish
Posted on 11/16/19 at 9:22 pm to Fun Bunch
Because there’s 100k votes from NOLA unreported so far and they’re gonna go 95% JBE

Because those are small precincts. The large ones are pro JBE
