Tillerson was there to avoid the taxes on his $400M Exxon severance package.

He also had sufficient foreign relations to appear competent, but I suspect his primary function was to do a no nonsense house cleanup of the department.

Baker also said he did not know the names of the two Cabinet officials.

“Lisa and Andy did not tell me, and my impression was they didn’t know themselves,” he said.

But when the New York Times broke the story in September, it reported that Rosenstein told McCabe he might be able to persuade then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions and then-Secretary of Homeland Security and later White House chief of staff John Kelly to invoke the 25th Amendment.
trust Sessions my arse. the dems/GOPe were too thrilled with him @ first-- and only accepted him as AG like it was their choice.

McCabe and FBI lawyer Lisa Page came to him to relay their conversations with Rosenstein
This is about the fourth leak of information concerning what Baker supposedly heard THIRD HAND.

Baker did not hear from the Cabinet Officials.
Baker did not hear from Rosenstein.
Baker heard this BS from the proven liar Andy McCabe.

Yet folks here actually speculate which Cabinet Members must have done this ... since Baker says that liar McCabe claimed Rosenstein said something (which RR vigorously denies) about unidentified Cabinet Members.

This should be the biggest news story of the century.

This is a coup by a ring of rouge agents.

It does matter if there were 2. It proves that McCabe was recruiting others and that more than one meeting where somebody casually mentioned it.

They leaked the thought ti the media. The media was calling on the generals to join in...

That is a coup

Well it wasn't a coup, but it was planning/talk of a coup. There was NOTHING to suggest that Trump was not capable of being the acting president. The ONLY reason the talked of the 25th amendment was because they are DS and Trump is for justice. They were trying to save their own necks.

This entire incident needs to be dealt with by Trump and his people in a very swift and decisive fashion.

If this is allowed to stand and go unpunished then it WILL come back to haunt this country sooner rather than later.

Mc Cabe is admitting a conspiracy to remove the President. He's got to be prosecuted and a lot of people have to be questioned under oath. There is far more here requiring a Special Prosecutor then any Russians BS.

Planning/ talk of a coup IS Conspiracy to commit said coup and is a crime.

I doubt that’s true. McCabe and Rosenstein have lied their way through this entire scandal.

In addition to his many other accomplishments, Trump also staved off a coup.

I can’t think of another individual who can do all that he has done. From the GOP primaries to Hillary to the media to the deep state to treason and an attempted coup, Trump has taken on and won some amazing victories.

It’s incredible all that he has been able to do.
