17yr old Iranian Activist arrested, beaten to death and body delivered back to family

Protests are getting fairly advanced in Iran. If we had a President that actually supported freedom they might be able to accomplish something.

I don't think it would be possible to accomplish the goal, but the optimistic theory behind Iran dispatching its Islamicist government could literally change the whole world.
The problem would be the disruption caused by the current Iranian terror networks being displaced and proliferating across the Middle East and Northern Africa. THAT would become a very costly disruption even with the best outcomes domestically within Iran.

Honestly we’d prob see another left wing revolution here before Islam stops in Iran.

Iran has 2 classes. Islamicists who run the country and a much more developed younger population who rise up every 10 years or so then get dormant after the Islamicists break them down. I think the origin goes back to the Iran-Iraq wars in the 80s and their lost generation.

Iran was a pretty awesome place in Tehran to Western eyes. To Iranians, it was a den of Satan.
What most Westerners don’t seem to grasp is that the Iranian revolution wasn’t an accident of history. Most Iranians are deeply Shiite and see Western culture as trash (and they’re not wrong about that). I think most of us would be shocked if we knew just how much Iranians support the Ayatollahs.

Can't wait. We've got a presidential legacy we have to think about. If this is successful, we have make sure he's got plenty of documentation in the presidential library. That's why we HAD to get involved with the Arab Spring.

Learning from us, Iran will probably declare her an insurrectionist and that her death was just. The people who killed her will probably appear on their state media with fake tears as they claim they were terrified of that insurrectionist.
