I think that is a good question. Why shouldn't his parents be charged? If you can find them.

It is in the DNA of black culture to shoot when you are made to look like a fool or a bitch. I thank God that athletes don't get to have guns on the field or on the court

And in today's news: The most recent WNBA game truly turned into a bloodbath, when 4 members of the opposing teams drew pistols and opened fire at each other. All 45 of the fans in the stands were reported to have been injured, with 6 listed in critical condition.
