1,200 Scientists and Professionals Declare: “There is No Climate Emergency”

The political fiction that humans cause most or all climate change and the claim that the science behind this notion is ‘settled’, has been dealt a savage blow by the publication of a ‘World Climate Declaration (WCD)’ signed by over 1,100 scientists and professionals. There is no climate emergency, say the authors, who are drawn from across the world and led by the Norwegian physics Nobel Prize laureate Professor Ivar Giaever. Climate science is said to have degenerated into a discussion based on beliefs, not on sound self-critical science.
The scale of the opposition to modern day ‘settled’ climate science is remarkable, given how difficult it is in academia to raise grants for any climate research that departs from the political orthodoxy. (A full list of the signatories is available here.) Another lead author of the declaration, Professor Richard Lindzen, has called the current climate narrative “absurd”, but acknowledged that trillions of dollars and the relentless propaganda from grant-dependent academics and agenda-driven journalists currently says it is not absurd.
Particular ire in the WCD is reserved for climate models. To believe in the outcome of a climate model is to believe what the model makers have put in. Climate models are now central to today’s climate discussion and the scientists see this as a problem. “We should free ourselves from the naïve belief in immature climate models,” says the WCD. “In future, climate research must give significantly more emphasis to empirical science.”
Since emerging from the ‘Little Ice Age’ in around 1850, the world has warmed significantly less than predicted by the IPCC on the basis of modelled human influences. “The gap between the real world and the modelled world tells us that we are far from understanding climate change,” the WCD notes.

Using the methods pushed by the “climate change” side, those statistics mean that 99% of scientists and professionals agree that the whole thing is bullshite.

They asked 10,000 scientists.
3000 responded.
If those, 1200 had answers they liked
Don't believe Clown "studies", unless it is for the circus
Now...do the "97% of scientists agree"

The earth is self-regulating and autonomic just like the human body is self-regulating with an autonomic nervous system. Don't believe me? Research 'medieval warm periods'.
To state that humans and cow farts can "destroy" the earth is equivalent of saying that God the creator sucks at designing stuff.
Climate Change, Global Warming, etc. is pure BS. Al Gore's and John Kerry's net worth is directly proportional to the amount of climate change BS they've spewed from their lying mouths over the past 2 decades.

This goes back to the Sam Harris thing…. Throw Birx and the legacy media in there too. They are saying the quiet part out loud.
It’s ok for leftist intellectuals to lie to the people in order to manipulate them because they are “too stupid” to know what’s best for them and their families.

or lets ask any meteorology professor that I had. They agree with the above study. The other 97% are bank rolling oh I mean getting grants on studying this BS. Lets be honest, there isn't enough climactic data to support any position.

I'm sure Norah O'Donnell will tell us all about it tonight at 6:00.

As I said this morning on Twitter:
When the greenies can explain to me how "the science is settled" about the Earth having experienced 3-5 major ice ages WITHOUT there being alternating periods of global cooling & warming, then I might be inclined to listen.
Until then, there is no climate emergency.

They must have asked 1,200 scientists that don’t depend on government funding for a paycheck.

we need fresh water to live and 97 percent of all water on earth is salt water. less than 3 percent is fresh, and most of that is frozen solid.
we can barely swim and are all but helpless in the water, and we're stuck on a planet that is 70 percent ocean.
theres no god the creator, but if there is, he or she is absolute shite at designing stuff.

Hey Kid,
Go back to school.

This is like the old joke, what's the difference between northern baptists and Southern baptists?
Northern baptists say there ain't no hell and Southern baptists say the hell there ain't!

I agree with your first sentence. Your second one is dead wrong. That is, if by “destroy” you mean anthropomorphically increase the average temperature by about 10 degrees F. Humans could easily do much more than that.
If China, Russia, the US, Britain and France all exploded their entire nuclear arsenals it would wipe humanity from the earth, including all the folks who survived the blasts and radiation.

Green initiatives are how they are going to create the one-world economy by crashing one country after another.
Sri Lanka tried to switch to 100% organic farming and killed its internal food production.
Now they are having to implement a social credit system to obtain loans from the IMF and World Bank.
