“Over the past several years, companies big and small have been making public their efforts to improve DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) initiatives. As detailed by Glassdoor, many companies have made the connection that DEI is not only good for society, but also good for business.”
“However, in recent months there has been a buzz around what some are terming ‘reverse discrimination’ in hiring, wherein companies are passing over members of racial and gender majorities in service of meeting DEI benchmarks. And with the Supreme Court again hearing arguments against affirmative action, these same issues continue to be debated across multiple realms.”
“To find out how many believe “reverse discrimination” is really an issue affecting their workplace, in November ResumeBuilder.com surveyed 1,000 hiring managers across the U.S.”
“Key findings include:
52% believe their company practices “reverse discrimination” in hiring
1 in 6 have been asked to deprioritize hiring white men
48% have been asked to prioritize diversity over qualifications
53% believe their job will be in danger if they don’t hire enough diverse employees
70% believe their company has DEI initiatives for appearances’ sake.”

This is happening. I work for a Fortune 100 company & they came right out & said that 65% of all new hires will not be white. They said it proudly as if it is an accomplishment.

Yup and then consider that Jews are going to get their share unabated due to their intelligence and the way they look out for each other and that leaves like 10% of jobs for non Jewish white males.

Its not reverse anything, it is straight up discrimination. I was investigated in the 2000's for discrimination in hiring. The investigation revealed that the people I hired fell in line with the demographics of the hiring pool and candidate pool... turns out the blacks in hiring position were not hiring white people and only hiring blacks at a high rate so it looked like I was discriminating and hiring more whites than they were.. well I was the only one NOT discriminating when hiring. My job was on the line for doing nothing wrong, once the truth came out nothing was done to those who actually discriminated in their hiring practices.
Today, IDGAF what people think about me so IDGAF if they think I am racist. I know who I am and I don't care what you look like I care about how you act but I also realize lots of minorities are extremely racist and I know society doesn't care if a minority is racist, only crackeHARDR's can be racist.
