Smothered pork chops, sweet peas, homemade bread

Haven't made them yet, but here's a google pic of what I plan on doing.
just de-stem white mushrooms, flip over and fill the caps with sausage that I removed from the casing. Bake @ 375 until sausage is cooked.

I've done that a few times. Stuffed with sausage, parm and green onions. Good stuff. I think I'm gonna make a gumbo tonite with all the doves in about to kill. Assuming my horribly hungover arse can hit them.

Just lead them a little more than usual to make up for your lack of normal timing.

Bringing an artichoke soup to a family meal for a starter. Don't know what else we're having.

Making some more tomato/okra stew with rice tonight. Also going to be stuffing/roasting some portabello caps with balsamic vinegar... not sure on what will go in the cap. Probably something sweet potato/nut related with some couscous or quiona, haven't fully decided yet.
Anyone try Millitello's balsamic vinegar? I get it from the Farmer's Market here in BR. It's very thick, aged 20 years or something. Anyway, I definitely recommend it... it's awesome

In addition to the Saints tears I have decided on some seared tuna.
