Our cleaning lady wants to sex me

So for about 2 years now we have had someone come and clean our house about once a month. I have known her for much longer than that since I went to grade school with her son. Well about a month ago I got her drunk at my Dad's 60th birthday party and she was being extremely flirtatious and getting really handsy with me.
She is very good looking for her age, (about 40ish) so given any other circumstance I would pursue it as much as I possibly could. The only problem is that I know her son pretty well and she has been a family friend of my Mom for a really long time.
What are the rules as far as having sex with someone-you-know's Mom? I wouldn't say we are close friends but we have known each other for over 10 years.
