Ethel woman charged with 4th DWI

According to the affidavit of probable cause, Zachary Police stopped 31-year-old Rachael Hobgood after she was seen drifting across the double yellow line.
The arresting officer said he could smell alcohol when he walked up to her vehicle. Hobgood refused to take a field sobriety test and refused a chemical test when she was taken to the police station.
Hobgood was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on charges of fourth offense driving while intoxicated, improper lane usage and refusal to submit to a chemical test. She was given a $25,500 bond.

so how many chances is she going to get before she kills innocent people?
ive drank and drove before, i dont know anyone who drinks who hasnt, but you'd think after the 3rd time you get caught, you'd adopt a hard line about drinking and driving. i guess she keeps getting away with it and not giving a shite. she'll likely get a slap on the wrist for this, too.
