I'll do this each weekend of duck season and update the meals we put out.

Friday dinner: corn and crab bisque as an appetizer, pekin duck breasts with a fig glaze ontop a bed of dirty quinoa with caramelized black mission figs and a steens cane syrup gastrique.

(With an old fashion)

Saturday night dinner.

First dish was panko crusted chicken livers. Main dish was blackened drum on a corn pudding topped with bacon and crawfish surrounded by a olive oil and milk foam.

(little grigio for laughs)

Took it easy with brunch on Sunday.

Tuna melt with chips.

Also made a gumbo.

You are without a doubt the best camp bitch around. They should pay you to be in the lease.
