well now we are going to look pretty stupid posting the chicken grilled on the old smokey served on chinet plates we usually serve at our camp. Or the scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits on styrofoam plates

Sunday dinner.

French onion soup. Warm polenta with a mushroom ragout. Grilled filet with herb mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Milk, soy lecithin, and olive oil with a stick blender. It's tough out here in the streets.

Man that foods too sophisticated for Gueydan!!! Just kidding, looks great! I was in Kaplan this weekend and will be hunting in Pecan Island over Thanksgiving. Had Turtle Sauce Picante I picked up from Suires tonight.
