LeBron. Outside of like 5 US cities, no one gives a shite about hockey.

It pains me to say it but on the ice/court they are the same person, both the most gifted and talented out there and most physically dominating. But both can't win when it matters. Its different in Hockey b/c of line changes and such while Lebron is on the court way more

Ovechkin has been frickin awesome in clutch situations. the Caps have lost because the rest of the team has failed to give him any support. The criticsms of Ovie are ridiculous. He's a point a game player in the playoffs. He's got great numbers and scores a ton -- he's just been abandoned by his team. Semin's been awful in the playoffs, as has Backstrom (though he was injured).

Uh holy shite this is not even a question. I think Ovechikin has the best ppg or is top 3 at least all time in playoff games. Not his fault the rest of the team has failed to step up at times. Hockey is much more of a team sport. He plays 1/3 of the game.

You think this game was Lebron choking? Did you actually watch any of it?

Ovechkin was a no show in game 7 this year though but this question is so dumb it makes my head hurt.

He's certainly not playing like an MVP but Dwayne Wade is the big story in this game. 3pts on 1-11 shooting

Whatever makes you feel better about doing it, that's all that counts.

Even not looking at exact stats themselves, the circumstances indicate LeBron, just because:

1) The nature of the sport. Hockey's much more a team game than basketball.

2) Nobody says Ovie is the top player in the game and no one certainly compares him to Gretzky.

Lebron averages 28.3 pts in potentially series ending games.

He is not the reason his teams lose.
