Guy launches boat (the one tied to the dock in 2nd photo) goes to drive out, and from what she said, his transmission had been slipping, and it slowly rolled backwards into the abyss. It was effing hilarious, all I could do to not laugh in the guys face. I had to get back in my truck and put my seat down so I would be hidden.

I have to get the boat backed down where the boat is halfway in the water. I then hop in the boat and let the wife back it up the next couple feet. I launch and tie off the boat then go get the truck cuz I ain't letting her attempt to park it either

you're a braver man than me...i make them sit in the truck till all the work is done, they don't get to do anything other than ride in the boat

Sounds like the best way to keep your truck dry.

I know better than to even let my wife attempt to back down the launch.

My wife is an ace.

This! Hell, she was able to back in my offshore boat. That sucker was over 40' long on the trailer. Add a long wheel base truck to that.
