Good to see some action stirring up...

We're going to Cocodrie this weekend, hoping to get down there early enough to fish Friday... if work doesn't interfere. Coco Marina, blue/white nautic star.

Like everyone else, haven't decided where to even start yet.

Hoping to spend more time at the islands this summer, just not sure if this is the weekend to start.

If y'all want to have a little group to share info with in that area, I'll be glad to report my details. stillinbr09 at yahoo dot com

Also, I'm still looking for a camp to rent down there, long or short term.

Tear em up today, MB and Ohface.

Was in Dulac last Thurs/Fri. Went out to the backside of the islands and only picked up 3 trout. Picked up our limit of bull reds and threw a bunch more back...big black drum were out there as well. Only caught one redfish under 27". Good luck.

Dad and I always talk about trying in April, but the wind is always bad and even when it's not, the fish are in transition.

Truthfully, we never catch until end of May.

Did you make it to the outside?

Been watching the wind blow from the office... they seem to have really missed today's forecast.

Be on the look-out for a potential hazard in the area. Hope this was not one of you.
