Yeah, "beautiful" is not the word I'd use. They're something alright, but beautiful? No. Almost no snakes can meet that description... especially cottonmouths.

I deer hunt in the swamp in St. Charles Parish. In October, when we start getting things ready, those bastards are everywhere. We kill every single one.

King snakes or cotton mouths?
I don't kill kings and depending on where I am I won't kill any of them. I've had two Mocs in my yard, one about 3' from my garage door. Those are no longer I'm afraid..

i dont think they are beautiful though
