In '78, a high school buddy caught a 6-foot hammerhead shark in the Brazos River near the Hwy-90A bridge in Richmond, TX.

Got our place in 77, quit going down a lot after Andrew. If you were there during that time frame we crossed paths.

Not me personally but my brother-in-law caught a red near the Dow docks in the Mississippi and my brother has caught blue crabs in the Mississippi by Brusly when the river is up to the levee.

I was born in 79, so I would have very young. My grandparents, the Richardsons, were the original owners.

Well, the bream are biting so I'll be down there Sat-sun with the kiddos. I should have a decent stock of Diet Colorado cool aid on hand, depending on time of day if you're down.

that's not entirely uncommon - they could get in through the culverts under HWY 11

Caught Specks, White Trout, Reds and Black Drum all over Lake Maurepas about 12 years ago when we had a bad drought. Also caught some black drum in Blind River all the way up by Blind River Bar.
