From Hammertime in the other thread...
A Remington Nylon .22?
Those are nice little guns and highly sought after well before the latest ammo craze.

First shotgun: .410 crack barrel at 6
First rifle : Rem model 7 .243 at 9
First pistol: Ruger single six .22 at 11
I've been hooked since the first one.
There is no reason I should have to post this twice.

A camo bb gun.
First "real" gun was an old .410 crackbarrel. Dad had to saw a couple inches off the stock for it to fit me. Made my eye too close to the hammer and I got gashed once while trying to shoot a squirrel straight up above me. I'm still scared of .410's.
First rifle was a .243 Remington. All 3 of these guns along with my 20 gauge youth model Remington 870 were stolen when I was a kid. fricking hate thieves. That .410 and bbgun were worth maybe 75 bucks together yet they were priceless to me.

I saw where Hammertime posted about a plastic Remington .22. I had one as well that got caught up in a house fire. I wish I had it back. Those things bring bank for what it was.

I let my sister's boyfriend borrow mine to squirrel hunt about 20 years ago. They broke up and I never got it back.

quote:That is it. So it is worth a bunch of money, wtf? It shoots just as good as a 10/22 and you load it from the butt
