For a wiener dog

He loves it like an 8 year old kid loves a tent.

I got a plastic one from academy, my lab ate through it after about 8 months. She really only slept in it, but she got bored and liked to chew. We switched to one of the wire cage ones. Cheaper and can fold up under the bed.

My oldest has broken out of every cage he has been put in, plastic, metal, etc. He opens door with his mouth, so now he gets a muzzle and left free (which means he sleeps in our bed while we are gone)...

This for the puppy. My other two lay out on the floor.

Out woodcock hunting with friends, we hunted my oldest about an hour with another dog and then put them in the trucks and got more dogs out. Jazz was put in one of these. About a 1/2 mile, someone said "is that Jazz?" Yep, he had pulled the door inside the cage, off the hinges...

^^^^ That one, but we don't use it anymore. Dog either sleeps in his bed or at the foot of ours.

I only use it when I leave her home alone. She has anxiety and tears shite up if I don't

Don't mean to hijack but does anyone know a good indestructible dog bed? I have 2 boston terriers and they have gone through 4 already. The Kong brand didn't last 24 hours. I'm looking for one to put in a medium sized crate. TIA

My Boston destroyed the bed that my wife got him within 10 minutes. I'm pretty sure his motto in life is, "If it has stuffing, it dies". We just throw a blanket in his crate, but he takes blankets everywhere he goes and likes to suck on them when he sleeps, so it works much better than a bed (for him).

We have a Kong brand crate from Petsmart. Best once I've ever owned. We had our lab puppy in another metal crate when he was young, and he could push the doors enough to bend them open and escape. With this one, the door slides up and down and the bars are much thicker. He hasn't been able to get out of this one and hasn't damaged it at all.

I've tried this and they only last a few days before they are shredded up.
