Dont know anything about the fishing. Farad catches fish around there. Heard bayou bienvenue has been good for bass recently but that is too far of a run for the gheenoe.

I’ll be in the marsh. I’m going to try some canals and deeper holes with the falling tide. Hoping it pays off since I don’t have much time, and I’m pretty much strapped to one area in my kayak.

I went today around Bayou Chauvin. We fished sunup to dark. Had 2 bull reds about 29-31". Left them alone and went drop some nets to crab.
IT WAS frickING EPIC. We fished 3 hours and had a 2 man limit of crabs. 288.... probably 75% no. 1 selects, the absolute best crabbing trip I've ever done. I actually had 2 bushel of crabs order for tmrw that I cancelled. I'm going to boil them for a big family party tmrw.

Was supposed to go Sunday, but unfortunately I'm not able to. I'm trying to go Monday or Tuesday before the tide dies off.

I put in at the one about 2 miles east on 90 from where 11 intersects. Little 2 ramp launch at an older couples house.

We won't be back until final weekend before the split. Headed to Florida and Missouri for 10 days starting friday.
