I got you man, what’s you email. I have a ton of yellowfin from a trip last week and I haven’t gotten any catfish in a long time.

They are talking about catfish and bass and you want to bring up bass? Bass is not on par.

This. Anyone that says they can tell the difference between properly prepared fried catfish and fried bass is full of it. Maybe, just maybe a bigger catfish filet by texture.

But you take a 3 lb catfish and a 3 lb bass and fry both, its the same thing.

I honestly don't know why you'd trade catfish for tuna, that's like trading venison roast for a Prime filet. But whatever floats your boat.

Not everybody fries fish. And Tuna is great but it isn't like most fish, so if you have an excess of one it makes sense to trade for the other.

I agree with you on the venison to cow comparison, but my daughters prefer venison to beef!
