prepping against civilians. Don't think it can't happen. Little by little they train and are ordered for small events. Before long, over years, it will be the norm. It will be what is common. It will be what soldiers sign up for.

Civilian waterway?
Those are publicly navigable waterways
So if the don't train in coastal residential areas and the need ever arise that they conduct a counter or anti terror op they won't be prepared.
If you are going to deploy anywhere in the world, you have to train like it.
I guess none of y'all saw them conducting traing ops on abandoned buildings I. Nola
The govt doesn't need SEALs to quell or combat civilians.
All they have to do is jam electronic comms and cut electricity and 99% would capitulate in 72 hours or less

I know a guy that is here in NOLA that works with doing SEAL training. This could have easily been a training situation.

I was actually thinking that had something to do, but edited it out because I know the attacking nature of posters here. One of the boats has a guy in civilian clothes squatting down. I think it was the second one.
