I'd argue the JBL boombox has better bass, but otherwise for the size and sound, the TB is hard to beat.

My last three were JBL's and while they sounded pretty good (and still do), they can't touch the bass response from the W-King. Agree that the JBL bass is better than the TB.

W-King vs JBL Partybox

The JBL has a cleaner top end but for 1/3 of the cost, this thing outperforms on the low end.

I'm just sharing info. I couldn't care less if anybody buys one

I admit it's not nearly as big as it looks just from the images. They really ought to work on their marketing material.

100% agree

Can't speak on durability yet as I've only had it for a year but it's been on all my rounds of golf bouncing around in the back compartment and so far so good. Buddy heard mine and liked it so he bought one. We brought them to our Mardi Gras spot and paired them and they played all day.

Correction to add: the video above is of a W-King T9. The link I posted on the previous page is for the T11.

Here's a comparison of those two. Again, I have the T11.

W-King T11

Don't want to mislead anyone. I think the T11 sounds better.

what you think about using one for coyotes

Works fine. I’ve used mine to coyote hunt with a few times, no issues.

Dude that thing isn’t even comparable in size to the turtle box, so no wonder it sounds better. The TB is a 6x9 speaker

Dude then don't buy it. I couldn't care less.

But just to prove they ARE comparable the TB is 12x9x7 and weighs 10lbs.
The WK is 17x8x8 and weighs 14lbs. Very comparable.

It has more watts RMS, way better sound, costs less than half of the box AND it's got a mic and guitar jack for karaoke night.

One is meant for karaoke night and golf carts and the other for boats and rough conditions it seems though. No argument in sound differences, due to no experience, but the two are not meant for the same applications it seems.

Is a turtlebox loud enough while running a noisy 2 stoke outboard?

I am with you. I’ve never wanted to listen to anybody else’s music either. I was treated to some loud rap music recently and it kinda ruined a good fishing spot.
