My buddys parents live out there and own some land near some woods that are full of turkeys and we see them all the time. It has crossed my mind

When we moved down here 11 years ago, someone on the Livingston side had domesticated birds that appeared to be semi wild. We would see 30-50 birds all the time and they were not afraid of humans. Over the years the birds have thinned out and/or moved on, mixed with wild birds and I see two distinct flocks from time to time, one on each side of the river...

I got an invite to hunt a friend of mine's place in FL's southern zone this afternoon. I may get my season started a day or two earlier than I expected!

I had two gobbling but they were a little too far to make the distance and I think they were on others property.

It was kinda weird though. I didn't see anything on the way home and that's really unusual.

I've been up since four this morning, and have had a long arse day. And I've had three beers and three benydril. I should really be in bed right now.
