Any recommendations? Managed to put down a decent 9 pt last Friday. Need to get him cleaned up.

Anyone have any good recommendations in the area?

Thanks in advance.

It isn't that hard to DIY it, if you're in to that sort of thing.

why not do it yourself? pretty easy to do. If you don't have a crawfish pot and burner, borrow one. If I can do it, anyone can.

There is a guy in denham springs that does good work. He's has a listing on fb marketplace, just search European mounts. Only charges $50 and I'll pay that to not have the mess.

I did bootleggers set up. Works great. It takes a little while but i can handle it. You can do a lot of other chores or drinking in the amount of time it takes. Most people want$100-150 around here. Im too cheap for that. Ive done 6 so far and they keep getting easier.

Cut off as much hide/meat as possible. Place head in 5 gallon bucket of water. Keep horns out of the water. Just let it sit and replace water in bucket every so often and rinse off the skull. I think mine took 2 months and it came out perfect

I thought of doing it by myself, but don’t feel like the headache. Thanks will look at Facebook.
