Stickers on a soft cooler ice chest

I’m having trouble getting stickers to stay on a soft sides ice chests. Any suggestions or things that worked for any of you to get them to stay on?
Was thinking maybe something like Mod Podge to brush on edges of stickers.

silicone base on cooler then apply sticker to silicone. But that is very tricky to get right.
