I wanna shoot that suppressed AK.

Has anybody here had any work done by them? I bet their prices are outrageous.

I have a friend who is a gun nut. He's obsessed with guns. He has recently become licsenesed to even sell full auto's and thats just a side job/hobby. Anyways i asked him about this show the other day and if he knew anything about them. He told me he had seen their work at different shows here and there. But he said they really werent anything special. He said they made great Semi-auto AK's but past that everything was just average.

Having said that, It is still the best show on Tv and my personal favorite.

History channel makes it out to be les baer type shite, which I figured had to be a little exaggerated. I had actually never heard of that particular shop before the show came on.

They seem like a bunch of really good people though. I'll probably bring a gun over there for work eventually.

I think the price they put up was $2800. It looked like a nice gun, but that's pretty steep. In that price range, I would think you could find something better.

I have heard that since the show aired they took their sign down, and are not open to the public anymore.

I actually work about half a mile from there and drive by from time to time. Sign was gone last time, and they have some pretty obnoxious dogs behind the fence. They need to leave out all the soap opera bullshite between the family, and just focus on the guns. Also, the few times I've passé by, I've yet to see that SUV in the lot.

I have also, but it was from a few posters on TD, so take it for what it's worth. I'm sure they are dicks to the people who want to waste their time and get a few minutes of fame on the show, but honest and respectable to legit clientel.

It's always been appointment only, it's not an open shop store.

will and vincent post on bayoushooter all the time and both seem like cool dudes.

as far as the prices, obviously people are willing to pay. 2800 for that sniper ak really isnt a bad deal. alot of custom work involved with that.

I called last year and talked to the daughter about getting some work done on my 308 and she said that they were so backloged that they were not taking on any new customers.

On a side note, is the daughter just getting fat or is she pregenant?

Sadly losing interest in this show fast. They called that gun an "AK sniper" 1000 times and never one time said it wasnt shooting a typical AK round (7.62x39). That was clearly a .308 Saiga. That shot at the end wasn't anywhere near 1000 yards either. Sweet gun but it aint a "game changer".
