I worked with a guy that got for free for buying some DeWalt tools wore it everyday during the winter. I put it one time and it was really warm almost too warm.

well, the amazon specs says they have different heating zones that can be turned on and off and also different heating levels. These are all 12 volts as well and i see some people have wired them to 12 volt cigarette lighter ports for working outside on forklifts and the such.

The Milwaukee one has a USB port in the pocket for charging a phone. The others may as well, I just haven't seen them in person.

Y'all have never seen these before?

The one I saw was camo, and super warm. But the heavy battery in the pocket seemed like it would be a pain in the arse. Maybe they've improved them, and the batteries are smaller these days.

Eta: That was 3 or 4 years ago, honestly, I forgot about them.

Used to wear one in the winter time while climbing cell phone towers. They have been out a while. I had a black Dewalt version. Worked ok but in really cold weather nothing worked better than layers with the final layer being "arctic/black label" carhartt bib overalls and jacket. Cold weather being sub-freezing Temps at 200'-500' in the air on the side of a tower likely in ice and snow.

It doesn't get cold enough here for these, although they are cool.
