Big manufacturers are already starting to announce some of their new stuff as you've already seen with my PSA posts.
Springfield Armory just announced a new line of 1911s.
Tactical Response Pistol (T.R.P.) - $1,999 MSRP

Also, Cameron Tapler from PSA (the guy in the videos) mentioned on Twitter that they're coming out with a bullpup model...

Most manufacturers are releasing their shot show stuff early. I know I saw beretta has a straight pull rifle coming, and magpul released clear pmags and metal mags for p320s. Holosun came out with a enclosed red dot for carry guns.

I had the local gun store guy tell me his sales rep for Colt tell him that they're finally coming out with the Blued Pythons again this year. Hopefully, they'll say something about it next week.

Depends on what you’re looking for. There are plenty of polymer guns in 10mm and a bunch of single stack 1911s. If you want a double stack 1911 in 10mm…it gets scarce.

I shot a P320 Xten Comp the other day and really liked it. It didn't shoot like a 10mm. It shot more like a 40. and the recoil was pretty flat with the comp.

In the 4.25” version preferably. 4.25” 1911 10mm’s are pretty hard to find. I have a rock island that I’ve never shot. I wouldn’t mind having that Springfield too so I can never shoot it either

Because when I’m tactically responding to a tactical situation I want 8 rounds in my mag while the bad dude has 15 or 30.

Not just that, but the barrels are supposedly interchangeable like a blaser. Beretta is the owner/importer of Tikka so they’re likely making the barrels if not the whole gun. I don’t know what a straight pull offers besides no bolt throw, but this one seems like it could catch on.

I’d like an open carry heavy hitter that fits my small fricking hands. Need a single stack with as much capacity as possible. I like the 1911 look (who doesn’t)

What am I missing here? They've had TRPs for 20+ years. Were they discontinued recently and now being brought back? wtf
