I got a good deal on this one used. I need to clean it but it looks like it's in good shape. It's an upgrade to my Taurus 1911 which I've had no complaints about.

Here's mine in 9mm Commander with try on grips courtesy of Clames. I still have not decided on new grips.

I have one and I love it....real smooth shooter and accurate enough at .45

I looked around for a while, eventually asked on here and got Bapple's opinion. I watched his youtube review and was sold from that point on. Have no regrets with that pistol, picked up the model 6736 and I love it

It's probably my favorite pistol atm. But I did a complete spring upgrade on it. It's absolutely butter smooth.

Thanks to all for the kind words. I do agree with what others have said that bang-for-buck it’s hard to beat the Ruger. If forged frames are your thing look elsewhere but I don’t ever see that being an issue.
