Where can I buy some near Hammond?
The old lady shot one Saturday and I did all the grinding yesterday. Now it’s time to do some stuffing.

Rouses has Deep South green onion, Italian and Cajun season.
You need to ask the Butcher for it.

See if you can find some Rebel sausage seasoning. They make a great breakfast seasoning and their smoked sausage seasoning needs nothing. Good stuff.

Rebel is the best. Ordered some Friday and it shipped about 30 minutes later. Should show up this week

I enjoy Rebel. They make a very good BBQ rub also.
