Do you like cocking the hammer each time? Do you like loading one round at a time? I just don’t understand why someone would buy a Blackhawk over a Redhawk. What’s your reasoning? I might be missing something.

It doesn’t bother me. It really is not an issue. I like the way they look and have always wanted one. I killed a deer with it a few years ago and carry it for opportunity pig and deer shots inside 50yd.
Only draw back is walking to the stand takes longer since when it’s on your hip you kind of stroll like John Wayne !!!

Being a lefty, I always thought I’d end up with a #1

Lefty also. Ruger No. 1 in 30-06 or .308 has always been on my list.

I bought for convenience. Just wanted to get a suppressor while it was easy.

you'll love it. I use mine on a 10/22 and a 22/45. It makes the 10/22 crazy quiet.

I would assume those particular makes and models it would have to do with demand. Also, there has been a spike in new rounds, and everybody wants the new and fancy round. I bought a Ruger American GenII in 7mm PRC and I love that gun.

If you like the Sparrow on a 10/22, try it on a bolt action ! One thing that helped my 10/22 be quieter was to change to a synthetic bolt stop pin.
