Conservatives are doing everything they can to destroy and remove access to public lands, so yeah buying outdoors shite is a very liberal take because Rs dont give a shite about those issues and if you keep voting Red we won’t need any camping gear because we will all be glamping paying fealty to Exxon.

Not trying to turn this into a political thread, but as someone that works in the outdoor industry let me just say, you are out of your mind if that is what you truly believe. Whether it is access to public lands for hunting, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, etc the conservatives are the ones protecting that right. Liberals just want to close it to everyone and not let anyone access it or enjoy it.

This is a much more complicated issue than conservatives vs. libs. There are people on both sides of the aisle that would prefer to either get rid of public land all together or prohibit hunting on public land.

You're going to get shite on by this crowd but you're (generally speaking) right. It's a very nuanced issue. The conservative side is more likely to protect my right to hunt but the lib side is more likely to protect my places to hunt. I'd rather those places stay pristine and untouched than to have them wrecked by resource extraction.
Thanks for the heads up on the sale. I'm ready for outdoor equipment to have the pitman roberts (spelling?) Tax on it
