I've seen some partial opinions around here, but anyone have a general ranking of the more common waterfowl in SELA?

wood duck and teal are definitely at the top, the rest are all pretty close

And for me geese are way better than ducks. Not even close for me. I like ducks but would take a goose anyday over a duck

Speck geese are the top for me
Teal are second
If anyone tries to tell you geese are slimy or nasty etc they have no idea wtf they are doing in the kitchen. Its all how you cook.
