No matter how hard they try, they'll never claim the reliability crown

You're going to love it man. They're a little snappy with hot ammo but no more than a .45

I've got a 6.6" lone wolf barrel and the factory barrel I have is internally ported. The ported barrel has the recoil of a 9mm

Put money down for my first one. G19 Gen 3

You will love it. My favorite pistol by far.

Glock 19 (stock) w/16 rounds of 124gn - 30.8 oz.
Kimber Custom II w/8 rounds of 230gn - 44.7 oz.

I actually carry mine - the extra rounds and lighter weight are huge selling points.

I have a G27.. The 40 cal... It goes bang everytime. A 1911 is for people with small cocks.. Like driving a big jacked up truck that gets 2.5 miles to the gallon. 1911 + big truck= baby dick.

This is another huge selling point. In my experience, the only people who have problems with a Glock are the ones who limp-wrist when shooting.

People who don't regularly train with their weapon may not realize that under duress, they could have some issues - the beautiful simplicity of a Glock could overcome plenty of problems.

Why would anyone want a gun made out of plastic?

They could make it out of paper if it went boom every time.

I'm a gun lover so I have an m1911, glocks, revolvers, and all different brands.

Dick compensation jokes are for people who spend too much time thinking about dicks.

1911's are beautiful guns with unmatched historical significance, and any American gun collection is incomplete without one.

Hai guys, is it ok to be a fan of both guns?

My personal opinion is that the Glock is a more practical gun and fairer priced for everyday carry and shooting.

1911 has elegance, history, and a myriad of styles/options. It'll shoot fine, no doubt, but it's more for sentimental value and beauty than for everyday carry. Just my personal opinion. Suck a dick if you can't take it.
