Who makes a good quality long sleeved UV protective sun shirt, looking for a shirt type, not collared.
I'm 6'2" and about 220lbs, so don't want anything too tight (I know some brands are better suited for smaller framed people).

I have several different brands. Generally speaking they are all about the same. Out of the ones I have, I prefer the HUK shirts. They have a style where the back is kinda like a football jersey netting. Really lets the wind pass through to keep you cool. I also have Under Armor, Columbia, Magellan.

Why not? You sound jacked...
FWIW, you are 2 inches taller than me, but we weigh the same. I like Columbia Terminal Tackle long sleeve sized XL.

Columbia makes a good one. I find HUK is a little more form fitting.
MOJO is a good one as well. I have a few of each.

Magellan, $20 at Academy. Sometimes on sale for $16. I have about four or five of em. They do just fine. The CCA ones are inexpensive as well, and work well. I have a total about about seven or eight between the two brands. Wear em every weekend to fish.

I have Magellan, Columbia, KOSS and world wide sportsman. I prefer Columbia because they’re super light. Almost feel like I don’t even have a shirt on.

Have both Columbia and Magellan ones.
Both work great, Columbia feels a little bit better made and more lightweight, but Magellan is usually half the price.
I mostly just wait for a sale and get Columbia’s PFG ones for ~$30 and go with that. Up to 5 of them now and use them when fishing, hunting, or working outside.

I’m 6’1 235 and Magellan fits me good.

Patagonia makes some that I like.

I would say either Columbia or Huk. Its not necessarily the brand as it is the individual shirt. I was at Academy yesterday and some of the Columbia brand "fishing" shirts felt like sandpaper.

My favorite is the Under Armor ISO Chill 1/4 zip. Unfortunately I think they’re discontinued. I also have some Columbia freezer zero long sleeves and some cheaper F&S shirts.

Denali is my favorite brand and I am a similar size
