Ive got a good one.
Took my wife huntin this year. She wanted to shoot a deer. Long story short, there was a pipeline i was hunting, and during morning hunts, i never ever saw one single deer on the north side of the lane.
ALL on the south. I had let a good buck slip me a couple days before on that south end..
I took her huntin like 3 mornins later, and told her that because the stand was small, i would shoot anything that stepped out on the south side and she could take anything on the north.
I knew she wouldnt get a shot on that side...
Still feel bad about it.

Been hanging out in Monterey I see.
Haven't shot a deer in going on 5 years. Have had chances just not shooting anything unless its going in the wall and only make 2-4 hunts a year.
Despite knowing how to call my feed chuckle still sucks due to a neglect of practice.

My 10 year old son out shot me 4 out of 5 trips in the dove field this year. I told him I had the wrong choke in, but thats a lie.
I am a merciless killer of possums and raccons. The confession part of this one is my mother (she lives far away from me) is a wildlife rehaber. She will stop on the road to check a dead possum to see if it has little ones and rehab them and release them. She specializes in raccon and possum. She has no idea of my murdering ways
