I plan to go to shooters in Lafayette to get my bow fit and tuned to me. I bought it used and want to get draw length and peep hole right. What's your opinion on their archery department and how good are they?

I’d try going to Bayouland or Austin’s in Opelousas first.

I like Jay; however as a customer, he never stays in one place more than 2-3 years: Pitkin, Lake Chuck, Baton Rouge, Opelousas, Eunice, now Pineville ?

I've been dealing with Jay for well over 10 years and have to say that ill drive wherever for him to work on my bow. He's the only person I trust with it. Hard to find somebody as knowledgeable and honest when it comes to archery.

He is in Pineville now. Whenever I need anything I make the hour and a half trip to his shop and bypass three other shops on my way.

Bayouland for me. They have taken care of my bow for 8-10 years. If you want service and knowledge I like Brandon first.

I go to Jay exclusively also. No one else will ever touch my bow.

His shop is off of Hwy 28. Take the Hwy 28 exit and go maybe 1/2 mile and its on the right. Its not far off Hwy 167 headed east on HWY 28. Its a small strip mall and his on the right hand corner.
