Trying to install a new overtravel stop trigger, and it’s in bits. Never taken the hammer axle out before. The LEM trigger is a confusing stack of parts.

I would rather get each tooth pulled vs installing a new trigger and springs in a 22/45.

I have one. It's really not that hard to mess with. I removed the magazine disconnect from mine, which required pulling the hammer pin.

Yea, I’ve changed that and the TRS before, had to pull the hammer axle this time though.

If I put it back together, it would probably turn out to be a bait caster reel.

I thought there was no way that inner hammer was correct, but damn if it doesn’t work perfectly. I sent off the trigger to get the overtravel stop installed in a new trigger I bought...so I think this gun is completely done now. Damn near every factory part that can be changed has been. It’s slick AF.

I've changed triggers in 1911's, Kimber Micro 1911, Springfield XD Compact and several Caniks. Hardest out of all those was the Springfield. Easiest is the basic Caniks.

That looks like fun.

I'm the guy who can't wait to detail strip his weapons. I do spring and fall detail stripping so it won't overlap with Christmas.

Part 35 on the diagram was a bitch. It’s right above the mag spring on the explosion. It didn’t key in with the hammer in any positive way.

The explosion diagram and the actual parts scattered is messing with me HARD.
