To each his own. I don't mind the Form 1 process and like being able to have a stock or put whatever accessory I want without fear. I can't match the cheek weld of a SOPMOD stock on a brace.

I am in the same boat. I have a few pistols...I’d love to make them sbr’s...but why with the sb3 style brace and current atf language. Also having to notify them when I want to take it across the line seems a little silly.

Even still I will make a cpl of them sbr’s. One I will need too if I keep it. MCX bought as a 223 16” rifle and have the 8” 300blk kit w/ suppressor width handguard. Been sitting in a box for a cpl years now. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to sbr it because they had just released there BCG recall around when I got it. I wanted to let the bugs get worked out...then moved onto other things.

Yeah both of my dates are from check cashed. I have a octane 45 coming from the SiCo deals as well. Last time I called my dealer, about a month ago, they haven't received any of the deal cans yet. I have emailed SiCo a few times with no response. Post if you hear from them.

Yea SiCo told me the last time I talked to them in November that they had about 11,000 orders from that deal and it would be a few months before the free ones showed up. Omega should be any day now and the omega 45k is the one lagging. Whats sad is I have had a omega 9k sitting at a buddy's FFL for probably just as long waiting for me to gather my BIL for prints. I should have just got it from Silencer Shop but the deal was good....however I fuked it up by dragging my feet for so long.

Ouch good thing my free one is a 22 can and I already have one.

Anyone ever Form 1 and built a suppressor? Seems some efile form 1's are only taking a couple weeks. Seems one could have a suppressor built in hand in a short time frame if so.

I’d look at Faxon and ballistic advantage. Not sure if that’s in the price range...think they are. I have a Faxon big gunner 11.5” but honestly have not had the chance to shoot it since building

Picked up my first AR (Colt M4 Trooper) a few weeks ago and finally this past weekend had some time to spend with it. Sent 200 rounds downrange and got nice tight groups and no FTEs, FTFs, or any of that. Definitely happy with the gun so far.

(not mine, but everyone likes pics)

My thread didn't get any love. Wanted to see what the board thought of the new BRN-180 from Brownells. Fits on any AR lower

They need to get rid of the damn NFA. I wish that'd pick up speed.

I have a few pistols that I've just left that way because I travel back and forth a lot and it's a lot easier when I don't have to deal with my SBRs.
