You can get pink coating added to any pistol.
First buy her a reliable gun, and then get it customized. Don't make the mistake of buying one just because it's pink (or just because it "feels good").

Yeah my wife wanted a yellow pistol for Christmas, not as available as Pink. Ended up getting her a Ruger LC9 and told her we could get it dipped/painted.

Check out On Target Guns. They do some great work.
Get her a gun she's comfortable with and then pink it up.

A young girl I know wanted a pink gun, but although this was well before Sandy Hook, everything was out of stock at the time. Her dad ended up getting a stainless steel revolver and added pink Hogue grips for $20. Given the current state of affairs w/ guns where NOTHING is in stock, I bet finding a pink gun will be even more challenging. In addition to dawg's idea of refinishing the gun, you might see what she things about a blued or stainless steel finish w/ pink grips.
